By accessing or using the website located at richmondartificialgrass.com, or by engaging Richmond Artificial Grass Installation for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Richmond Artificial Grass Installation is an artificial grass contractor based in Richmond, CA. We provide artificial turf installation, residential and commercial turf services, pet-friendly turf, putting green installation, turf maintenance, and related landscaping services to customers in Richmond and surrounding communities in the East Bay. Specific services provided in any given project will be described in a separate written estimate or contract.
All estimates provided by Richmond Artificial Grass Installation are free and non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Actual costs may vary if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the estimate visit - for example, if unforeseen drainage issues, buried debris, or structural obstacles are discovered during installation.
Pricing is subject to change. Any changes to the scope or cost of a project must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds. Verbal agreements are not binding.
Project start dates are confirmed at the time of contract signing and are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates, but weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to costs already incurred. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written contract.
Payment terms are specified in the written contract for each project. In general, we require a deposit at the time of contract signing, with the balance due upon completion of the work. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of contracting.
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee as specified in the contract. Richmond Artificial Grass Installation reserves the right to suspend or terminate services on projects where payment is significantly overdue.
Richmond Artificial Grass Installation warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, are outlined in the written project contract. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, acts of nature, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions provided at project completion. Manufacturer warranties on turf materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of specific outcomes. Every project site is different, and results may vary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled installation date, that furniture and personal items have been removed from the work area, and that any HOA approvals or permit requirements have been addressed prior to the start of work. Delays caused by the customer's failure to prepare the site may result in rescheduling fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Richmond Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from the provision of services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

If negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to mediation before either party pursues formal legal action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
